Martika is probably the most overlooked artist. She is truly a reamrkable artist who came out with the smash hit Toy Soldiers in 1989. Know one really knows waht has happened to her since and it's truly a shame she has not had an album out since 1991. This is an amazing album filled with some of the best pop songs ever recorded, such as the danceable More Than You Know and the slammin remake of I Feel The Earth Move. Other standout tracks include the Prince written tracks. The funky Martika's Kitchen and Spirit. Also included are remixes of some of her hits, including a stunning version of Love Thy Will Be Done. remixed by Prince himself. Martika is truly missed in pop music today and I know alot of people who are awaiting her return. Martika if you are reading this-you are amazing!
